Bob Young has been a part of the team bringing Dri-It, Inc. to a fast-tracking reality. He is also currently President and CEO of Tri-County Consulting and has a diverse and expansive business background, both in the private sector and local government.

Bob began his business background in 1970 when he created, owned and operated a wholesale electrical lighting dealership where he learned the values of running a business. He has also served as the Mayor of his home town, and has been broadly involved in local area Chambers of Commerce, having served as Executive Board Member for multiple terms. Bob is happily married, and has 3 sons and 1 daughter, and a total of 8 grandchildren.

Drew Pragliola comes to Dri-it having spent the last 30 years in the Consumer Electronics Industry holding various executive management positions with companies such as Toshiba, Seiko Instruments and Zenith. Drew has a great deal of experience in building and sustaining large and small sales teams that have been nationally recognized as the top in the industry.

In his spare time, Drew enjoys playing golf, boating, cooking and spending time with his friends and family.

Phil Duprey brings many years of experience in dealing with corporate and customer services. Phil is a 25 year veteran in sales management, marketing, and sub-contract management. Phil’s considerable involvement in his community as a civic leader and an elected official provide him with a unique insight in our business community.

Phil joined the Dri-It team to strengthen, build and grow our Sales Force and our Field Representative Group. Phil has been married to his wife Barbara for 45 years and has 1 son, Jeff.

Daniel Davila III, MPA, CPA.PFS has been employed in the Public Accounting Industry since 1979. He continues to serve as the Managing Partner for Davila Buschhorn & Associates, which was incorporated in 1984. He has served as the President since then.

He graduated from the Southwest Texas State University in 1979 with a BBA degree. He then pursued his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.He is a Certified Public Accountant-1981, a Registered Investement Advisor-1987,General Securities Representative-1987, Personal Financial Specialist-1998 and a General Securities Principal-1998.

He is currently the Chairperson of the Texas State University Development Foundation Investement Committee and the Texas State University Development Foundation Board, and also is a Board Member and CFO of Dri-It, Inc.
